The shortest options are Bean, Coco, Kiwi, Oreo, Roux; the longest are Whisker Biscuit, Snickerdoodle, Fluffernutter, Butterscotch, Marshmallow. Syllable counts here are estimated from spelling, so treat them as a rough guide rather than a phonetic analysis.

Worth thinking about: Food names date faster than most, and some read very differently outside their original language or region. Say it out loud somewhere public before deciding.
